What BuildConnect is
BuildConnect is a directory of UAE construction companies — contractors, real-estate developers and engineering consultants. We introduce clients and companies to each other. We are not a party to any agreement between a client and a company, we do not supervise or guarantee any work, and we take no commission on it. Any contract you enter into is between you and the company alone.
We do not verify companies
Every listing is added or approved by our team before it appears, and companies supply their own trade licence number — but we do not independently check licences, insurance or credentials, and you should carry out your own checks before awarding work. A listing on BuildConnect is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a guarantee of any kind.
Listings
- Listing a company is free. A person on our team approves each listing before it appears.
- We may decline a listing, edit it for accuracy, or remove it at any time.
- Companies are responsible for the accuracy of everything they publish and confirm that they have the right to publish it — including logos, photographs, documents and the details of past projects and clients.
- A company must keep its contact details current so that enquiries reach it.
Unclaimed listings
Some listings are created by BuildConnect from information a company has already published (its own website or public business listing). They are labelled “Unclaimed” until the company takes them over, and they show no enquiry form. Claiming an Unclaimed listing is free. Any company may ask for its listing to be corrected or removed at no cost by emailing info@buildconnect.ae; we action removal requests promptly.
Paid plans and billing
A listing is free. Paid plans add a company's own BuildConnect-hosted website and the features below. Prices are in UAE dirhams, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

- Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. No setup fee when you build your site yourself — cancel any time and your free listing stays.
- Optional setup services (Done-for-you setup AED 3,000; Domain connection AED 300) are one-time services invoiced separately by Flux Fusion IT Solutions L.L.C, payable 50% on receipt of your material and 50% at go-live; prepaid-subscription offers are stated on the pricing page.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
- Payments already made are not refunded. If your payment fails, your company's website is unpublished and its listing returns to the free tier until payment succeeds.
- Free-tier listings have limits on the number of projects and other items and on storage; the current limits are shown in the dashboard.
Enquiries and messages
An enquiry sent from a company's profile goes to that company; BuildConnect keeps a copy in the company's dashboard so it can be read and answered there. Do not use the enquiry form, the contact form or any company's BuildConnect website to send advertising or unsolicited bulk messages.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape or bulk-download the directory or any company's content.
- Do not publish false information about a company, or claim a listing that is not yours.
- Do not impersonate another person or company, and do not interfere with the service.
Your content
Companies keep ownership of what they upload. By publishing it on BuildConnect a company grants us a licence to display it in the directory, on the company's BuildConnect-hosted website and in the emails the platform sends on the company's behalf, for as long as the listing exists.
Liability
BuildConnect is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, BuildConnect is not liable for the work, conduct, solvency or statements of any listed company, for any decision you make on the basis of a listing, or for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. BuildConnect is operated from the United Arab Emirates and these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: info@buildconnect.ae.
